Analysis of nickel-clad ceramic powder materials

چکیده

The task of developing new powder materials for use in gas-thermal technologies is solved by cladding metal oxide particles with a refractory component. results studies powders domestic production based on aluminum (corundum) and zirconium dioxide subjected to chemical nickel (8 30 %) are presented. morphology, granular phase compositions, as well the distribution elemental composition were studied using electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis. It shown that formation dense homogeneous shell around matrix material occurs when % clad. According analysis, have multiphase composition: (Ni + α-Al 2 O 3 γ-Al γ*-Al ) − clad 8 Ni; - Ni, T-ZrO nickel. New competitive relation foreign analogues due component will contribute improving plasticity plasma coatings formed from them.

Manufacturing cellular materials via three-dimensional printing of spray- dried metal oxide ceramic powder

Cellular materials, metallic bodies with gaseous voids, are a promising class of materials that offer high strength accompanied by a relatively low mass. Unfortunately, existing manufacturing techniques constrain a designer to a predetermined part mesostructure, material type, and macrostructure. In this paper, the authors document their design rationale for the selection of the Three-Dimension...

Rheology of Ceramic-powder-filled Polymer Melts

Ceramic powder (zirconia) was mixed with binder consisting polypropylene, paraffin and stearic acid in elastic extruder. Steady and oscillatory shear flow properties of these materials in the molten state were measured on a cone-plate rheometer; parallel superposed steady and oscillatory shear flow experiments were also carried out. Moreover, flow properties at high shear rates were measured on...
